FYI, a friendly Aussie bird told me that I might want address the shipping charges for those outside the States-if the winner does live outside the States, we’ll work it out.  One author has chipped in a little bit of money to help cover S&H.  I’m not doing this to make any money-I promise to be reasonable with whoever wins.  🙂
