I was just at PBW’s blog and saw this…
20 Days Dream Called Time Arrives
The Final Stardoc novel. Releases on August 3. I’m filled with terror, glee, anticipation and sadness. She is one of the few authors I will put just about everything on hold for-I’m just glad it doesn’t come out on 7.27, like so many other fricking books. Yes, I don’t plan on doing much that day, but I’m trying to decide-can I read it right away? Or wait a while and try to pretend it’s not the last?
The Final Stardoc novel. Whimper.
I love love love the StarDoc books too and am very sad to see the series end. I am not sure I can read it right away either. What to do, what to do. But they do say all good things must come to an end! Sigh.
Question….do you have to read the previous books to read Dream Called Time?
Jackie, you’d do better for reading them, yes… but Viehl does a good job working the back story in. So it’s up to you, probably.
However, I haven’t read this one yet, so it’s hard to say.
So much goes on in these books that I would recommend starting from the beginning. But then again, I am pretty linear about reading series in general.
