A lot of you all know I’m in the Louisville area. Also known as Tornado central, as of yesterday.
Image from WDRBSo far, it looks like more than a dozen have died in Indiana and just as many in Kentucky. The numbers keep rising.
We’re fine. Nothing hit my neighborhood, thank God and my family is fine. Others weren’t so lucky. A couple of the small towns around here have been leveled.
If anybody is interested in helping, here’s a link to some charities.
We’ve got everyone on the prayer chain here. Stay safe, lady.
We’re safe. Went north of us, although I know at least one family friend lost everything.
I wish mother nature would calm down, though. They are talking snow tomorrow. Snow. For crying out loud. Madrid, right? We’re doing madrid? I need a drink. A nap. A break.
so scary….. I am so glad you & your family are okay!!!!
Much of my family is in West Liberty, which was hit very hard also. I know that one of father’s second cousin was killed, and her husband & daughter injured. Right now, that is all I know.
🙁 I’m so sorry, June. Borden, Indiana was another area that was hit hard. They got it bad a few years ago, too. I think we’re good for tornadoes for a while. Really.
So glad you are safe but feel so bad for those who are not.
